DESIGN SYSTEMS was established in 1988. We are an established Architectural, Urban Design, Interior Design, Engineering & Sustainable Architecture Consultancy Firm. We have experience of over three Decades in the field.
We are a multi-disciplinary architectural firm offering the complete range of architectural services which include innovative visualising, space planning, design conceptualisation, detailing, co-ordination with Structural, MEP Engineers, and our Clients as well as executing agencies. We practice energy efficiency through Sustainable Architecture-based Development.
Our Projects
Since 1986 we have completed several residential, interior design, group housing, hospitality, and institutional projects along with corporate headquarters & environment restoration projects. We have also completed numerous industrial and commercial projects including warehouses and PEB Structures.
As a testimony to the level of excellent professional services & client satisfaction that we deliver, we are empanelled with numerous organisations and have successfully retained all our clients to complete multiple projects with each one of them over the years. Has successfully completed numerous Architectural, Interior Design, Urban Design, Institutional, Industrial, Group Housing, and Township projects. He has also undertaken Restoration, Environment Planning, and Tourism Development Projects.
Expert at coordinating engineering services like Structural and M.E.P. Services in buildings and interiors.

MAANIT BAJAJ

Maanit Bajaj is an MS Fiction and Entertainment student at SCI-Arc, where he explores speculative design through bold creative experimentation. He currently leads the Art, AI and Research department at Design Systems and has previously worked with Novatr and Epistle as a Communications Associate. Earlier in his career, he served as a Junior Architect at the Serendipity Arts Foundation, contributing to interdisciplinary spatial installations and production design.
Maanit earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Sushant School of Art and Architecture in 2019. A formative summer studio at The Bartlett, UCL ignited his interest in speculative drawing and critical theory, leading him to further broaden his interdisciplinary lens through a course in marketing and communications in architecture at YAC in Bologna, Italy.
His undergraduate thesis was selected for exhibition at the India Habitat Centre, and his speculative drawings have been recognized by Architizer and moo-o-arch. Rooted in art, history, and design theory, Maanit’s practice imagines unconventional futures through a fluid intersection of architecture, storytelling, and visual experimentation. His work is distinguished by its conceptual depth and inventive visual language.

She leads the Interior Design and UX team at Design Systems. Her focus is on Human-Centred Designer with 5+ years of experience at Orygen (Youth Mental health space) turning complex challenges into thoughtful, meaningful solutions. Her work spans UX research, product design, and service design - bridging people, systems, and technology with empathy and curiosity.
She bring warmth and rigour to my work, combining deep listening with creative problem-solving. As an optimistic collaborator across teams, I love shaping systems, stories, spaces and products that make experiences more accessible and human.
